The Texas A&M Academic Building is a new 3 story student athlete building complex located adjacent to the new Indoor Practice Facility and existing Bright Building. The Academic Building will house all the A&M student athlete resources including a new nutrition center, study/tutoring areas, student counseling offices, NIL offices, a multipurpose room and conference rooms. ACO is installing the HVAC and plumbing of the entire building.
Six story, 110 bed patient tower expansion encompassing 250,000 SF and an additional 15,000 SF of renovation to the existing campus. The Central Utility Plant expansion also includes the addition of a 2,000 ton chiller, cooling towers, pumps, and boilers to facilitate the Tower expansion. The contract was design-assist for a complete HVAC system. Utilization of BIM Coordination technology was instrumental in the completion of this complex project.

Construction of a three story 110,000 SF state-of-the-art science lab and classroom building offering lab spaces designed to support multidisciplinary research and classroom spaces for direct instruction for Prairie View Texas A&M University. The contract was for complete HVAC, Plumbing and Lab Gas with the application of BIM Coordination. Project in early stages as of January 2022.
ACO Mechanical is serving as the General Contractor and Construction Manager for this project, which extends the existing Satellite Utility Plant 3 on the Texas A&M University campus. The SUP3 Expansion adds 7,000 tons of chilled water capacity to the main campus infrastructure with the addition of two 3,500 ton water cooled centrifugal chillers in an above grade cooling tower structure with future plans for additional boiler capacity.
97,502 SF warehouse, regional office building, and shipping office for the Texas Division of Emergency Management as a hub for the organization as well as storage for materials and equipment that would be needed in an emergency. Contract included both plumbing and mechanical.
