Complete renovation of the 4 story 32,000 sq. ft. Harrell Hall dorm building, renovation of the 4 story 32,000 sq. ft. Lacy Hall dorm building, and renovation of the 4 story 32,000 sq. ft. Leonard Hall dorm building for the Corp of Cadets. Harrell Hall and Leonard Hall also included the addition of a new 4 story Learning Center with each dorm renovation. Contract was for complete HVAC, Plumbing, and Site Utilities work with complete BIM coordination.
