30,000Sqft 3rd floor addition and 12,000Sqft renovation of existing 3rd floor area. Contract also included renovations to 4 operating rooms and the Emergency Room Area. New building was serviced by the addition of 5 new AHUs, new VAVs, and extending the existing Hydroninc piping system to those components. Renovations to the domestic Water Heating, Medical Gas, and Vacuum components were also required to accommodate the additional demand of the new areas.
