Student Services and Administration Building is a new 2-story steel structure with a SOG foundation with shallow piers. The exterior skin of the building will be clad with brick, stone veneer, metal panels and glass.
The TAMU Deferred Maintenance project includes the replacement and new installations of the entire Chilled Water Loop and Branches on the TAMU Kingsville Campus. With over 18,000 feet of underground HDPE piping, it will provide the TAMUK campus with an infrastructure upgrade allowing for isolation, refeed and replacement of dated or aging components to nearly every building on campus.
The renovation of the Borlaug Southern Crop Improvement Center will repurpose approximately 85,000 sq. ft. to house the Department of Nutrition and the Institute for Advancing Health through Agriculture. This renovation will create 24,000 sq. ft. of leading-edge laboratories, 5,370 sq. ft. of core lab facilities, and 3,300 sq. ft. of computational lab space.
