Construction of a new 34,500 square foot player development center for TAMU Baseball. ACO is responsible for the plumbing and mechanical scopes of this project. BIM coordination technology was used to successfully complete this project.
Construction in the Lake Walk area of BCS is adding a new 5 story, 110,000 square foot additions of office space, retail stores and restaurants, in addition to covered parking garage. ACO will be completing the plumbing and mechanical scopes on the building and the plumbing in the parking garage. Additionally, ACO is installing all underground site utilities for the project. The new space is due to open in 2027.
TAMU is updating the underground utility lines at their Galveston campus. ACO is handling the upgrades along with MEP support on a new training ship that is scheduled to be docked in the port.
The TAS3 building on the Texas A&M Prairie View campus is a $45 million 2-story state-of-the-art facility designed to enhance critical student services, to be completed in November 2026. ACO Mechanical will be installing the mechanical and plumbing for the entire building.
The new Hypersonic Wind Tunnel on the TAMU RELLIS campus is a research and experimentation building for the Texas A&M Engineering Experiment Station (TEES). ACO is contracted for the mechanical, plumbing and site utilities portion of this project.
