Six story, 110 bed patient tower expansion encompassing 250,000 SF and an additional 15,000 SF of renovation to the existing campus. The Central Utility Plant expansion also includes the addition of a 2,000 ton chiller, cooling towers, pumps, and boilers to facilitate the Tower expansion. The contract was design-assist for a complete HVAC system. Utilization of BIM Coordination technology was instrumental in the completion of this complex project.
Utility infrastructure expansion to Texas A&M RELLIS Complex encompassing 40,000 LF of thermal piping, 4,000 LF of water line, and 4,000 LF of force main sewer. Contract included extension of Site Utilities in conjunction with BIM Coordination.
Construction of a new three story, 118,000 SF state-of-the-art multi-purpose lecture hall and teaching building housing 2,200 general purpose classroom seats in ten classrooms for Texas A&M University. Contract was for complete HVAC, Plumbing and Site Utilities employing the use of BIM Coordination.

Construction of New 20,000Sqft building to serve as the New Player Development Center for the Texas A&M University football team. BIM coordination technology was utilized to arrange this sophisticated HVAC system in an area that would traditionally house a 1/3 of the conditioning capacity of this system. Contract was for complete HVAC, Plumbing, and Site Utility scope of work.
Complete renovation of the 4 story 32,000 sq. ft. Harrell Hall dorm building, renovation of the 4 story 32,000 sq. ft. Lacy Hall dorm building, and renovation of the 4 story 32,000 sq. ft. Leonard Hall dorm building for the Corp of Cadets. Harrell Hall and Leonard Hall also included the addition of a new 4 story Learning Center with each dorm renovation. Contract was for complete HVAC, Plumbing, and Site Utilities work with complete BIM coordination.
Renovation of the first floor of the existing Bright Football Complex and Academic Center. This was a fully BIM coordinated project. Contract was for complete HVAC and Plumbing work.
Renovation of the existing historic 4 story 67,326 sq. ft. Jack K. Williams Administration Building and the 3 story 65,525 sq. ft. Scoates Hall. The HVAC and Plumbing systems in both buildings were fully renovated while preserving the historic aspect of the buildings.This was a fully BIM coordinated project. Contract was for complete HVAC, Plumbing and Site Utility work.
Construction of a three story 110,000 SF state-of-the-art science lab and classroom building offering lab spaces designed to support multidisciplinary research and classroom spaces for direct instruction for Prairie View Texas A&M University. The contract was for complete HVAC, Plumbing and Lab Gas with the application of BIM Coordination. Project in early stages as of January 2022.
ACO Mechanical is serving as the General Contractor and Construction Manager for this project, which extends the existing Satellite Utility Plant 3 on the Texas A&M University campus. The SUP3 Expansion adds 7,000 tons of chilled water capacity to the main campus infrastructure with the addition of two 3,500 ton water cooled centrifugal chillers in an above grade cooling tower structure with future plans for additional boiler capacity.

97,502 SF warehouse, regional office building, and shipping office for the Texas Division of Emergency Management as a hub for the organization as well as storage for materials and equipment that would be needed in an emergency. Contract included both plumbing and mechanical.
