32,000 Sqft 4th floor build-out including 36 Patient and Isolation Rooms. Scope of work included HVAC, Plumbing, and Med Gas systems. The new rooms were serviced by 2 new AHUs located on the roof, and an expansion of the existing plumbing, medical gas, ductwork, and hydronic piping systems. |
